We are in the process of expanding our garlic farm. We typically open sales in mid summer, and thanks to our amazing community of garlic lovers, our crop is usually fully reserved before the harvest begins.

Aspen Acres Produce
At Aspen Acres, every family member works hard outside during the summer months. We grow and sell several varieties of garlic, including Red Russian, Music and Susan Delafield. We are currently developing our seed stock of Metechi and Mexican Purple and preparing to offer seed garlic.
Our small haskap (honey berry) farm is entering its 3rd summer, and we look forward to bountiful harvests in year 5. Stay tuned, as these delicious berries will be available for purchase and U-Pick in the summer of 2022!
